When furniture, windows or materials will not go up the stairs: ladder lifts of 21, 31 and 38 metres and a 20 metre modular unit, always operated by our own driver.
Many older buildings in Turin have narrow staircases and lifts that will not take a sofa, a wardrobe or a large window. A ladder lift goes through the balcony or the window and saves hours of work.
The service always comes with an operator: the machine is never hired on its own. We also handle the temporary street occupation permit, the barriers and the protected pedestrian walkway.
Sofas, wardrobes, kitchens and appliances taken up or down the façade.
Windows, sliding doors and shutters delivered straight to the floor.
Construction materials lifted to the floor, with barriers and permit.
Short interventions on roofs, gutters and façades.
Outdoor units and panels handled safely.
Furniture and equipment for shops, showrooms and offices.
It is not the floor that decides, but the distance between the truck and the façade, the room for the stabilisers and the obstacles: trees, cables, balconies.
If the lift has to stand on the road, the pavement or parking spaces, a temporary street occupation permit is usually required. We file the application, put up the signs and barriers and, where needed, the pedestrian tunnel.
Lead times depend on the municipality, so it is best to book in advance.
Street, number and the floor to reach.
One photo of the façade and the street in front of the building.
What has to go up or come down.
The day you need, and whether it is urgent.
We confirm the machine, the permits and the price.
No. The service always includes our operator, who positions, stabilises and works the machine.
It depends on the model and on the distance from the façade: the metres quoted do not translate directly into a floor number. One photo of the building is enough for us to tell you.
Yes: we file the application with the municipality, put up signs and barriers and, if needed, the protected pedestrian walkway.
Yes, across the province and, on assessment, in neighbouring areas. Travel is stated in the quote.
Yes: the lift can come with a team to load, unload and dismantle furniture.
It depends on the machine, the time on site, urgency, the street permit and travel. The quote is free.
Send us the address, the floor and a photo of the façade: we will tell you which machine fits and when we can come.
