Narrow staircases, period lifts, historic centres, buildings with a closed courtyard: these are the usual conditions in prestige properties. A ladder lift lets pieces pass through a balcony or a window when the façade and the street allow it.
Feasibility is checked beforehand, with photos of the façade and the space in front of the building, and a street occupation permit if needed.
We publish no names, no addresses and no recognisable photographs of private clients. The crews are ours, never subcontracted, and discreet time slots and private access can be arranged.
